Traceability Procedure
Every part we produce goes through dozens of processing steps before delivery. Recording each of these steps is both proof of our quality and a concrete reflection of the promise we make to our customers.
The production process in our factory is managed end-to-end via the ERP system. From the moment each work order is defined in the system, all movements of the relevant part, from raw material entry to the final processing step, are recorded in a digital environment. During the process, a unique barcode is created for each part; this barcode provides instant access to the part’s production history, the machines used, processing sequences, and quality control results.
It is possible to access all this information, such as where a part was produced, by which operator it was processed, which machine it passed through, and when it was completed, with a single scan.
Thanks to this structure, in the event of a possible nonconformity, the source can be reached quickly, the affected batches can be identified, and the process can be continued without interruption. Our customers, on the other hand, can transparently track the production status of their orders whenever they request.
Traceability is not an obligation for us, but an integral part of our understanding of quality.
