ERA Special Bolt & Machinery Inc. was founded in 1978 by Mechanical Engineer Eşref Celal Katipoğlu. The company initially started its operations with the manufacturing of special bolts and spare parts for the cement industry. Over time, with the engineering expertise and production infrastructure it has developed, the company has successfully undertaken important projects across various industrial sectors.
Since 1990, Era Makine has expanded its production activities by incorporating the manufacturing of machinery and spare parts for the paper and corrugated cardboard industry. In line with the increasing production capacity, the company established two separate production lines. During this period, Era Makine strengthened its position as a reliable manufacturer in the industry by producing special fasteners, mechanical components, and customized industrial solutions.
Today, Era Makine focuses particularly on the production of freight wagon bogie spare parts for the railway sector, as well as high-strength special bolts and fastening elements. Our products are manufactured in accordance with the high safety, durability, and precision requirements of the railway industry, using modern production technologies, strong engineering expertise, and a quality-oriented manufacturing approach.
